The company has established 8,000 acres of potato bases, benefiting 3,312 farming households, including 500 impoverished households and 1,516 people. The company adheres to a green circular development model and focuses deeply on the intensive processing industry of potato products. To address the environmental disposal issues of potato residue and wastewater from starch processing, the company will invest 32.8 million yuan to build an industrialization project for high-protein potato residue products. After the production line is put into operation, by evaporating and concentrating the juice and adding it to the potato residue to improve the protein index of the residue, high-protein feed raw materials will be produced, which can be used for livestock, poultry, and ruminant breeding, turning waste into treasure. This constructs a closed-loop industrial system of "starch production - by-product deep processing" and provides technical support for the high-value utilization of potato processing waste.
